MarketWork is a candidate-first hiring marketplace for structured hiring profiles, role cards, explainable matching, and candidate-controlled contact.

Candidate profiles are not intended to be public by default.

Candidate account, contact, hiring profile, preferences, skills, evidence, and contact-rule data.

Recruiter, company, role search, role card, interaction, usage, security, and analytics data where enabled.

Relevant structured profile parts may be shown to verified recruiters according to candidate settings.

Direct contact details are not disclosed unless the candidate makes them visible, accepts an intro, requests a connection, or another explicit consent mechanism applies.

Inactive candidate profiles should be reviewed, deleted, or anonymized after 12 months of inactivity.

Deletion requests should be completed within 30 days unless legal or security retention applies.
